As a Lead Information Technology Specialist with NASA's Agency Business Solutions, Stakeholder Engagement group, the Change Enablement Lead will play a critical role in NASA's agency-wide SAP update to SAP S/4 High-performance ANnalytic Appliance (S/4HANA) and future transformations; collaborating closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring the organization is prepared for the changes, fostering a positive, and productive change experience.

Duties

Lead development and execution of a comprehensive organizational change management strategy, including assessing readiness, managing resistance, and aligning change efforts with organizational goals. Work to ensure buy-in and readiness. Lead development and implementation of a communication plan that informs and engages all levels of NASA, including creating clear, consistent, timely messaging about the changes, benefits, and expectations, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed. Manage the gathering, documentation, and alignment of functional requirements for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to ensure the system meets organizational needs and is configured to support key business processes. Oversee the testing phase, ensuring functional requirements validation and end-user testing. Including coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, managing feedback loops, and ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Manage development and delivery of a training program that prepares end-users to operate the system effectively post-implementation. Involves creating training materials and conducting sessions. Foster a culture of engagement, diversity, inclusiveness, excellence and innovation. Qualifications

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level. Leading major IT system changes, such as Organization Change Management (OCM), Testing Coordination, or Functional Requirements Management; Leading Organizational Change Management for large scale IT projects or product implementations; Managing and controlling change requests for an IT program or organization. AND IF you are qualifying based on experience, you MUST also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
