This position is in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCIO), Strategy and Architecture Office. You will serve as NASA IT Strategy Lead and collaborate with a range of stakeholders to define business requirements aligned to Agency strategy; develop and document IT strategic goals and objectives aligned to those requirements; develop the Agency IT Strategic Plan; and develop data driven metrics that drive success and provide reporting to senior leadership and external entities.
Duties
Develop, coordinate, and publish actionable Information Technology (IT) strategic goals and objectives aligned to business needs.
Develop and implement repeatable processes to develop, publish, track, and evaluate NASA's IT strategy.
Implement strategy management frameworks using balanced scorecards, objectives and key results (OKRs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis to create and measure strategic objectives
Provide reporting to senior leadership and external entities on IT strategic performance.
Coordinate with mission support and mission partners to ensure integration of NASA’s IT Strategy with NASA's broader Agency strategy.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level:
Coordinating with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate those requirements into actionable IT strategic goals and objectives for written organizational plans;
Establishing relationships and leading communications that facilitate integration, adaption, and continuous improvement for IT strategy management;
Using data-driven Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Balanced Scorecard to set performance targets that drive strategically-aligned business results, and measure, evaluate, and report progress.
AND
You MUST also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below:
