The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a military training accessions classifer, managing human resources for all USSF Non-Prior Service Accessions and Classification within the Military Training Personnel Data System, Technical Training Management System-Job Match and AETC training systems.
Duties
Manages Space Force job allocations, classification actions and advance/supplement training quotas.
Provides quality control oversight to training status change actions.
Completes a variety of data analyst special projects as requested. Uses a wide variety of tools, questionnaires, systems etc. to evaluate the effectiveness of the computerized trainee skills screening and classification process.
Accomplishes special projects relating to the accession, Classification and Technical Training program. Develops and implements projects designed to establish improved procedures and baselines for the technical training process.
Manages unique Students Not In Training (SNIT) Program for Space Force. Attends USAF Group and Wing level SNIT meetings. Collaborates with Sensitive Skills personnel, Basic Military Training (BMT) medical professionals, and is present during Guardian interviews.

Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-01, equivalent to the next to lower grade GS-04 or equivalent in the Federal Service. Specialized experience must include experience in a resource management environment performing work in areas such as advising, managing or developing plans related to resource management, manpower, military and civilian personnel or force development, and experience with various automation software specializing in personnel and resource management systems.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of processes and procedures related to program management and strategic planning activities needed to execute projects and/or studies within established financial and time constraints.
Ability to encourage new ideas and innovations; manage human, financial and information resources strategically and build coalitions to achieve common goals.
Skill in working with customers to assess needs, provide assistance, resolve problems, and satisfy expectations.
Ability to persuade others to accept recommendations, work toward an agreement, and negotiate mutually acceptable solutions.

Ability to organize work, set priorities, and determine resource requirements; determine goals and strategies

PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
