You will serve as a Management & Program Analyst performing as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Program Integrator for the NASA Flight Operations Directorate (FOD). This position resides in the FOD Business office at the Johnson Space Center (JSC). In this position you will also lead teams and special projects as well as coordinate with a variety of stakeholders, including Division and Directorate level staff.
Duties
Support the Flight Operations Directorate (FOD) as a Contracting Office Representative (COR) for assigned contract(s).
Provide contract oversight for cost, schedule, and technical performance; maintain relationships with NASA and Contractor management; and develop and track performance metrics for assigned contracts.
Provide support to FOD Program management and chiefs as an integrator working closely with FOD Assistant Directors as well as Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) counterparts.
Support all aspects of the FOD business function including but not limited to budget integration, cost tracking, and workforce planning.
Lead smalls teams for special projects in the FOD Business Office that may support a variety of customers.
Leverage a high-level knowledge of FOD and FOD supported Programs to support mission objectives.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level:
Providing financial products (e.g., monthly cost reports, Budgeting input templates, Independent Government Estimate analysis, invoice processing, contract value analysis or financial risks) to support managerial decision making;
Monitoring cost and schedule to report findings to management and stakeholders;
Analyzing and evaluating the performance of projects or programs supporting decision making and program execution.
