You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Corporate Operations
Directorate (N9) Corporate Development (N91) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as the primary MSC point of contact in the receipt, creation, modification, tracking, and closeout of all classified and unclassified lessons learned.
You will provide program oversight to department lessons learned managers in the form of information sharing, training and best practices in capturing lessons learned data.
You will gather information, identify and analyze issues and develop recommendations to resolve substantive problems of effectives and efficiency of work operations.
You will review, analyze incoming and outgoing tasking correspondence to ensure all requisite information and documents required to complete assigned tasks and that task responses are submitted in a timely and professional manner.
You will serve as an assistant to the MSC Records Manager and MSC Command Task Manager.
You will develop work products utilizing currently authorized NMCI software (Microsoft Outlook, Office, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project).

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Conducting reviews, research, analysis, and development of tools and procedures to enhance command and senior leadership decision-making processes;
Providing lessons learned reviews, updates, and insight to leadership during scheduled selected, (e.g., battle rhythm), events to include pulling pertinent seasonal, periodic and operational lessons learned for review;
Initiating and tracking reviews and revisions of directives, forms, and reports;
Coordinating across a command or organization to conduct an inventory of all organizational records, ensuring compliance with established records retention schedules;
Reviewing, assigning, closing out, and analyzing data for command or organization taskers.
