Serves as an Administrative Support employee that is capable of supporting any and all technical programs associated with air traffic.
Duties
Manages the administrative aspects of all technical support programs, (Quality Assurance, Airspace & procedures, training, etc.) Provides management with advice and counsel on the operation of technical support systems for implementation, and planning purposes. Incumbent performs a variety of technical functions independently and ensures that all required content is reviewed and prepared in a prescribed timeframe.
Applies experience and advanced knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods, techniques and concepts to plan and accomplish assignments. Responsible for the analytical activities to provide management with accurate, timely and authoritative information to enable decisions. Uses quantitative methods and techniques to assists more-experienced analysts in creating comprehensive reports from data and analysis as requested by management.
Performs data analysis and synthesis of large databases.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F, FG/GS-5-9 level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is:Experience compiling, collecting, tracking, recording and analyzing data/information; conducting research; and identifying problems and possible solutions.Experience performing technical support duties involving the application of policies and procedures to operational matters, such as maintaining statistical or informational records; providing procedural information to others.Experience conducting studies of processes, operations, administrative and/or management services to evaluate program effectiveness and to recommend improvements to processes.Experience using eLearning management systems and software to conduct training enrollments, run reports, log completions, and conduct data integrity.Experience using various data management tools, such as Excel, and Tableau, etc., to analyze and to derive innovative findings from multiple data sources and then effectively communicate complex concepts to that foster understanding for enhanced decision-making for multiple customers and stakeholders.Experience in preparing a variety of graphic materials to be used for statistical, administrative or information purposes, as well as graphs, charts maps, diagrams, facility and equipment layouts, flow charts, floor plans, schematics, and function charts.
Education
Substitution of Education:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; Education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
OR
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; Education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
OR
LL.M., if related;
Education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
Combination of education and experience may be qualifying for this position.
