Serves as an Administrative Officer in the Quality Systems & Business Resources office (AMC-003). Primary responsibilities may include planning, developing, monitoring and executing actions and services concerning a wide range of administrative functions for the organization.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
  • Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
  • Successful completion of a security investigation may be required.
  • A one-year probationary period may be required.

Qualifications

TO QUALIFY AT THE FV-F (FG/GS 5-9) LEVEL, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least three years of progressively responsible general experience that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, recognize solutions, plan and organize work, and communicate effectively with at least one year equivalent to the FG/GS-4 level. General experience may have been gained in administrative, professional, technical, investigative, or other responsible work. Experience in substantive and relevant secretarial, clerical, or other responsible area may be qualifying as long as it provided evidence of the knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) necessary to perform the duties of this position.ORSuccessful completion of a full 4-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree, gained from an accredited college or university.ORCombination of education and experience may be qualifying for this position.TO QUALIFY AT THE FV-G (FG/GS 10/11) LEVEL, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-F (FG/GS 5-9) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience includes: Experience applying management principles, practices, methods, and techniques to solve the problems of the organization; integrating management services with the general management of an organization; developing and securing the fiscal and business resources and services needed to manage and run an organization; managing office administrative functions (e.g., travel, management information systems, time and attendance) and tracking/managing various administrative and operations programs and projects.ORPh.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M., if related, from an accredited college or university.ORCombination of education and experience may be qualifying for this position.Applicants should provide examples of specialized experience in their work history.
