Duties
You will provide dedicated and centralized support to program budgets for critical programs, including facilities, office supplies and equipment, vehicles, accountable property, communications services and devices, travel, etc.
You will advise office management on status of funds including Travel, Government Purchase Card (GPC) (Monthly Services and Supplies/Equipment Accounts), and Emergency and Extraordinary Expense (EEE).
You will serve as the subject matter expert for an office concerning vehicles, correspondence, scheduling, purchasing, security-related matters, and Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) administrator.
You will develop and maintain reports as required.
You will conduct Law Enforcement database quarries and entries.
You will serve as the security coordinator and ensures assigned office(s) are compliant with security-related requirements, to include the Communications Security (COMSEC) material program.
You will prepare a wide variety of substantive written products and correspondence focused on the office(s) programs, to include investigative and operational reporting.
You will prepare case files for Special Agents and Investigators and ensures files are maintained, updated, and purged in accordance with policy.
You will provide customer service support.

- This position requires occasional travel.
- You will be required to possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license, must maintain the license while employed in the position, and will be required to operate a motor vehicle.
- The work is primarily sedentary, although some slight physical effort may be required.
Qualifications
GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Providing administrative support which includes office budgeting, property management, arranging travel, data processing and files management, time and attendance issues, providing support with report writing and submitting entries into databases. Assisting in providing written or oral presentations to provide current program status or effectiveness of established policies or processes.
GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Maintaining an automated database for organizational analysis such as any of the following, manpower, time and attendance, reports or budget tracking records and referrals and ensuring work is processed in a timely manner. Providing administrative support to personnel, including with data processing, records management, and travel arrangements. Preparing reports, graphics, and presentations utilizing a variety of automated software and Systems.
