You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Quality Assurance Department (Code 130) of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will provide analysis and evaluation studies of the Product Data Reporting and Evaluation Program (PDREP) utilized in the Shipyard.
You will work with various Shipyard Departments/Offices and their respective PDREP points of contact in various Functional Areas that are located in dry docks, piers, onboard ships etc.
You will develop, issue and maintain the Command Policy for PDREP.
You will review PDREP metrics on a monthly basis to assess command PDREP participation.
You will provide quarterly briefings to Command Leadership on PDREP status.
You will establish PDREP training to personnel for applicable area of responsibilities and the respective modules for users in the program.
You will demonstrate the ability to facilitate meetings both local and corporate to actively pursue process improvements, procedural reviews, and continuous corporate alignment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing program data reports and analysis of material procurement by making recommendations to ensure efficiencies and modernization within an organization.
