Duties
Assist the Manager in the supervision, management, and administration of a recreational activity. Plans and implements the various phases and projects of the program and handles problems and deviations in accordance with standing instructions, and established procedures. Assists in carrying out program projects, primarily in program planning, staff training, and administrative duties and annual budget. Assigns, reviews, and evaluates the work of recreation aids. Ensures the work is completed in compliance with established procedures and instructions. Trains new employees, instructs proper procedures and solves problems related to work.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Three years experience that demonstrates a practical knowledge and experience in a variety of recreational activities with preference at a lodging or campground facility. Must have knowledge of equipment, supplies and procedures in order to maintain efficient functioning of the operation. Must have the ability to work independently. Must be able to work irregular hours. Must possess or have the ability to obtain CPR certification from the American Red Cross. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
