About the Position: This position is with the US Army Cadet Command 5th Brigade, Embry Riddle Aero University, Prescott, AZ.

Duties

Serve as the key point of contact to the Professor of Military Science (PMS) regarding the administration of the Cadet ROTC program. Assist applicants/selectees in preparation of enrollment and contract documents for the program. Monitor pay reports for proper payments to the universities/schools. Provide staff assistance in all areas of supply and logistics management. Assist organization by coordinating with the university to schedule and coordinate various facilities for events.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed Secret background investigation.
  • Business travel required 30% of the time/May require 6-12 weeks TDY in Support of Cadet Command Summer Training
  • Employee required to attend C3P0 training 3rd week from EOD.
  • May be required to complete a 1 year probation period.

Education

Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply, etc. (NOTE: You must provide a copy of your transcripts.)
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages. (NOTE: You must provide a copy of your transcripts.)

FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
