You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Duties

You will gather data and conduct analytical studies of Public Works Department financial reports to monitor funding execution against established rates and Inter-Service Support Agreement estimates. You will review and analyze annual execution plans for non- labor OPTARS and interpret and implement NAVSUP WSS's financial policies, procedures and guidelines. You will have knowledge of financial policies and procedures in order to formulate, justify and execute assigned areas of operating and program budgets. You will perform statistical analysis to track obligations, perform scenario analysis, project trends and monitor program execution.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing, forecasting, and monitoring the funding execution of annual and long-range plans related to facility sustainment programs and projects. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing budget and management analysis functions involving the administration of financial programs, primarily the Enterprise Resource Planning Program (ERP), as the program analyst. Responsible for the analysis of actual and projected financial estimates in support of NAVSUP WSS facility support requirements including sustainment, restoration, and modernization of real property (SRM), Military Construction (MILCON), Weight Handling Equipment (WHE), Safety and Environmental, specific work, minor work, emergency services, transportation, utilities, planning and estimating, and support services contracts. Analyzing Activity Inspection Summaries (AIS) and preventive maintenance plans to develop annual funding levels and develop fiscal year priorities. Reviewing reimbursable estimates associated with engineering, space planning, facility repairs, minor renovations, safety, and environmental requirements and make recommendations to management.
