Duties
You will evaluate performance measures and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of work methods and procedures, and information and documentation systems.
You will obtain feedback from, and collaborates with, stakeholders, colleagues, and user to develop process improvements.
You will develop and give easy to understand presentations that communicate complex concepts, analyses, and recommendations to non-technical decision makers.
You will serve as the SME and central point of contact for all operating budget matters.

Qualifications
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. 1) Serving as the senior technical authority with responsibility for overall management and administration of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) reimbursable funded programs and projects; 2) Performing technical review and analysis of reimbursable financial data reported on various documents such as budgets, requisitions, year-end closing activities, and financial statements; 3) Evaluating effectiveness and efficiency of these programs and operations; 4) Defining program plans, resolving problems, and coordinating activities with all International Program Directorate organizational elements.
