You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Strategic Partner Management, Planning Systems Division of the International Programs Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will facilitate and participate in time sensitive and critical strategic engagements with senior level representatives from international partner countries and security cooperation / security assistance stakeholders.
You will promote collaboration and the development of mutually beneficial strategic initiatives including those that strengthen supply chain.
You will build and develop relationships with country and program stakeholders to develop support strategies in support of key allies and critical global engagements such as Taiwan, Israel and the Ukraine.
You will develop Foreign Military Sales (FMS) policy, processes, and procedures for the Department and Command.
You will have full responsibility and accountability for the management of the Strategic Partner Management, Planning and Systems Division.
You will define program plans, resolves problems, and coordinates activities with all International Program Department organizational elements.

Qualifications
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-14 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for directing and monitoring all aspects of end-to-end supply chain management roles and responsibilities to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) partners. Specialized experience includes promoting collaboration and innovative support approaches; delivering sustainment strategies for emerging and evolving programs; developing mutually beneficial complex strategic initiatives that strengthen the FMS supply chain, shorten procurement times, improve transportation channels, optimize resources, generate process efficiencies, and drive more effective planning and budgeting.
Examples of specialized include:
Developing & evaluating Foreign Military Sales policy, processes, and procedures for the Department and Command, and providing recommended courses of action.
Planning, organizing, and directing multi-functional level teams in multiple organizations and geographical sites, evaluating needed efforts, and managing project resources while applying senior level managerial and technical skills.
Developing procedures and systems for establishing, operating, and assessing effectiveness of administrative control systems including audits, and those designed to prevent waste, fraud, and abuse.
Overseeing complex financial, transportation, supply chain management and IT programs for various Departments.
Maintaining and achieving effective, efficient, and economical operation of Security Cooperation / Security Assistance programs.
Working and leading cooperatively across existing DoD/DoN stakeholder communities including SC/SA, Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE), and/or Surface Warfare Enterprise (SWO)
