You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAMS ANALYST in the PERFORMANCE OPS MGMT & SUPT DIV of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Duties
You will evaluate software changes for reliability or effectiveness.
You will collaborate with quality assurance metric teams in designing metrics to improve quality or effectiveness.
You will analyze root cause of program issues to prevent their recurrence.
You will prepare briefs and reports on an incentive pay program, policies, and procedures to submit to leadership.
You will develop strategic performance measurement data to address the linkage between strategic measures and operational requirements.
Requirements

- This is a bargaining unit position.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Identifying problems, weighing relevance and accuracy of information in order to generate and evaluate alternative perspectives/solutions. 2) Critically evaluating the causes of problems and choosing courses of action that balance the interests of the mission and stakeholders. 3) Formulating objectives and priorities consistent with long-term interests of the organization in a global environment, taking into consideration the environment, resources, capabilities, constraints, and organizational goals and values. 4) Capitalizing on opportunities and manages risks and contingencies, recognizing the implications for the organization and stakeholders. 5) Managing programs and fostering an environment that administers all resources in a manner that instills public trust while accomplishing the mission. 6) Monitoring progress and evaluates outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Education
The following education from an accredited college or university may be qualifying:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
