You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Strategy and Future Requirements Division of COMNAVREG SE JAX.
Duties
You will analyze resource and resource allocation decisions.
You will identify developmental and training needs of employees and provide developmental training as needed.
You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, and preparing schedules for completion of work.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing and developing requirements generation guidance, directives, and policies to determine impact on programs and installations; 2) Providing management oversight and direction to departmental personnel to ensure program objectives are met; 3) Conducting studies of employee/organizational effectiveness, efficiency, productivity and cost, and recommending changes to improve organization, staffing, work methods, and procedures; and 4) Serving as a subject matter expert in one of the following five areas: Enterprise Integration, Contract and Administration Management Oversight (CAMO), Resource Performance Management, and/or Strategic/Business Planning.
