You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND OVERHAUL (MRO) PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT, PERFORMANCE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT DIVISION of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Duties

You will formulate objectives and priorities and implements plans consistent with long-term interests of the organization. You will manage programs and foster an environment that administers all resources in a manner that instills public trust while accomplishing the mission. You will facilitate cooperation and motivates team members to accomplish group goals.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: Determining objectives, setting priorities, and ensuring sound management processes and procedures are in place to ensure that national interests are well served; Performing detailed analysis of major program schedule status and budget expenditures and provides and implements solutions to ensure program conformity to schedule and budget thresholds; Assisting and advising assigned personnel on business planning, financial management, manpower planning, and all other business management matters; Preparing presentations, justifications, and detailed reports to support financial, budgetary, and economic statuses of assigned programs; and Developing, analyzing, and advising work methods, procedures, and productivity to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
