You will serve as a LEAD MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Shore Integrated Requirements Division of COMNAVREG SE JAX.
Duties
You will distribute assignments, inform team of projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, and milestones, program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.
You will conduct one-on-one training, and answer employee s questions on procedures, policies, directives, etc.
You will analyze requirements analysis guidance, directives, and policies to determine impact on programs and installations.
You will Conduct business case analysis to research and investigate new or improved business and management practices to apply to program and installation management.
You will serve as a SME to support Resource Performance Management and/or Strategic/Business Planning Functions and provide related support to organizational leaders.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Applying qualitative/quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of complex management processes and systems to promote the efficiency of a Shore Installation Management (SIM) program; 2) Interpreting laws, regulations, policies, precedents and Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) / Commander, Navy Region Southeast (CNRSE) goals and objectives to administer a SIM program; 3) Evaluating SIM programs to identify deficiencies or improprieties impacting organizational performance; and 4) Developing broad, comprehensive management studies to identify/propose solutions to management problems which have no prior precedent.
