You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the CIVILIAN AND MANPOWER AND MILITARY MANNING DIVISION (N11) of COMNAVREG SE JAX.

Duties

Develop solutions for improving resource management utilization Extract data used in assessing and improving manpower or service delivery programs. Gather data to present and justify review findings and recommendations. Analyze manpower and personnel operating procedures requirements to identify problems. Recommend solutions that promote the effective use of available manpower resources. Develop documentation or reports to summarize results of manpower assessments or studies.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Update command manpower data in database (ex. Total Force Manpower Management System TFMMS), 2) Analyze organizational structures and staffing levels, 3) Create accurate manpower workload data analysis reports, 4) Present senior leaders with manpower issues and recommend resolutions.
