About the Position: Serves as a Program Analyst for the Operations Support Branch in the Management Support Section. Directs and administers the Civil Works fiscal programming requirements for the Project Delivery Teams.

Duties

Applies the basic understanding of financial management practices to formulate current and future needs and staffing models. Prepares project budget to facilitate Government cost projections. Administers the financial aspect of project for control of funds. Evaluates financial management system reports to prepare placement submissions. Utilizes automated management systems (i.e. Oracle Primavera, P2, Corps of Engineers Financial Management Systems, SharePoint) to manage project funding. Applies the principles of statistics, budgeting and economics in making analytical and evaluative studies. Interprets directive requirements for information requests and prepare documents to comply. Establishes policies and procedures to control the scheduling, requesting, and distributing of funds.

Requirements
