In this position you will serve as the Technical Services Branch (TBS) Section Chief supervising assigned staff and manage very complex projects, applicants, and programs. The TSB serves as subject matter experts over specialized disciplines necessary to support Recovery programs. The ideal candidate would have previous supervisory and project management experience. PMP certified preferred.

To qualify for this Supervisory Management and Program Analyst position at the IC-13 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-12 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following: Overseeing the work of multiple stakeholders to include subordinates, engaged in coordinating and achieving organizational goals, Providing project and program management advise to develop portfolios and improve the effectiveness of program operations; and, Presenting recommendations orally and in writing to senior leadrship regarding organizational development.
