Duties
You will serve as a Resource Assistant in the Point Mugu Sea Range (PMSR) Support Division in the Business and Technical Operations Branch, EB2420M.
You will provide office management support.
You will provide support to PMSR and serve as a technical staff assistant in the area of procurement/acquisition management, and responsible for coordinating, researching, and administering program requirements for procurements.
You will perform various duties associated with being a Government-Wide Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) Cardholder.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing various administrative support and mentoring junior assistants;
2) Receiving material deliveries from vendors and ensuring distribution to requestors;
3) Performing purchase card holder duties, such as reconciling purchase card payments and maintaining purchase charge card accounts;
4) Applying knowledge in procurement, cost estimating, budgeting, in addition to Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
