You will serve as a RESOURCES ASSISTANT in the MULTISPECTURAL EW SYSTEMS DIVISION, SPECTRUM WARFARE DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Duties
You will work closely with Support Equipment Systems (SE SYS) Branch management to facilitate branch operational requirements in support of in-house/organic SE development, assembly, production, test, and in-service repair activities.
You will be responsible for lifecycle handling processes and procedures to support hazardous material approvals, procurement, receiving, inventory, inspection, and disposal.
You will serve as the facility fire warden, conduct walk-throughs, coordinate with Fire Marshall for inspections, and action compliance requirements.
You will initiate work orders for facility repairs and coordinate building access in support of maintenance actions and upgrades to minimize impacts to programs and personnel.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-06) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Initiating work orders for facility repairs; 2) Coordinating building access in support of maintenance actions and upgrades to minimize impacts to programs and personnel; 3) Coordinating with safety for inspections and action compliance requirements; and 4) Interfacing with base facilities operations to maintain buildings, heating, cooling, power, lights and doors; and 5) Processing and handling hazardous materials.
