This position for The Defense Information Systems Agency is at Fort Meade, Maryland .
Duties
Provides oversight in the planning and execution of various projects for the organization.
Develops detailed program/project plans, tasks, milestone dates and schedules to ensure proper sequencing of events and tracking of processes, budgets and associated expenditures throughout the life-cycle of the project.
Leads meetings on design reviews, engineering change proposals, with subject internal and external stakeholders, to ensure appropriate interests are represented.
Provides oversight and inspection to ensure project is accomplished in accordance with approved scope of work.

Qualifications
Time in Grade:
For entry at the GS-13 level, status applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-12 or higher grade in the Federal Service.
Specialized Experience:
For the GS-13, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable in difficulty and responsibility to GS-11 if outside the Federal service.
Specialized Experience is defined as: experience in construction project management which included requirements such as utility services and critical equipment cooling; determining timelines for milestones/completion of construction projects; procurement and installation of collateral equipment to include but not limited to electrical power scope will involve transformers, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), backup power generation systems, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems; and raised flooring, communication grounding, furniture and space utilization layouts. Also DoD Secure Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) requirement to support operations centers utilizing Information Technology (IT) and Audio Visual (AV) components.
