About the Position: Works under broad administrative direction of the Commanding General (CG), and/or Chief of Staff (CoS), United States Army Center for Initial Military Training (USACIMT).
Duties
As a Resource Management Director, you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list:
Serve as the Director of the USACIMT, Directorate of Resource Management, G8, providing stewardship and direction of an integrated resource management program.
Analyze financial data providing expert technical advice and guidance on the economics of plans, programs and utilization of financial, personnel and material resources.
Exercise responsibility for the continued development, coordination, and evaluation of an effective integrated resource management program.
Exercise technical and managerial control, through subordinate supervisors.
Serve as executive manager responsible for advising, briefing, justifying, and defending the Command’s resource strategy and status to the Commanding General and other senior leadership regularly.
Serve as the financial management technical authority/resource manager and makes commitments and decisions that impact on budget revisions program adjustments, and economic trends affective the organization.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance throughout the duration of employment.
- Certification Level 3: THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 3 Certified position.
- Temporary Duty (TDY) travel up to 25% of the time.
- One year supervisory probation may be required if not previously completed.
