Duties
Advisor to the Director and OAAM leadership in acquisition systems related to past performance. In this position, you will:
Plan, develop, implement, and train the entire agency/bureau acquisition workforce on contractor past performance programs and closeout functions.
Represent the agency/bureau on department level committees, work groups, and boards on contractor performance system-related topics.
Manages a wide variety of organizational initiatives.
Act as liaison to departmental, internal and external workgroups.

- Must meet time-in-grade/band requirements, as applicable
- Completion of Confidential Financial Disclosure, Form OGE-450

Qualifications
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level (ZA-II at NIST). Specialized experience is defined as experience in conducting contract Closeout in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as well as collaborating and training stakeholders regarding contractor past performance process and procedures.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
