About the Position: Located at 3RD INFANTY DIV SENIOR CDR AUG G-8 RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, Fort Stewart GA.

Duties

Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation and operation of the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) for the 3rd Infantry Division. Distributes work, provides technical guidance and reviews complete assignments of subordinate staff. Initiates personnel actions for recruiting, selecting, training, promoting, commending, and disciplining employees. Prepares Commanders narrative statement for all budget submissions to higher headquarters. Formulates, justifies, presents, and executes a major segment of a budget request for the coming fiscal year.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Incumbent of this position must obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Incumbent is required to obtain and maintain a Financial Management Certification Level 2 within 6 months of appointment..
