You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Military/Information Systems) of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will troubleshoot and resolve problems of Official Military Personnel File Records Management Application.
You will manage access to the OMPF Records Management Application.
You will manage help desk requests from tracking of the request through final solution of the issue.
You will make routine updates to the Manpower Management Performance Branch webpage using WordPress.
You will be required to maintain the SharePoint site for retaining temporary records, standards operations procedures and storing inactive records in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing a variety of system access management or helpdesk duties related to a human resources or personnel record system. Some examples of specialized experience are the following: 1) Managing user access and permissions for a system. 2) Troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolution. 3) Managing and tracking help desk requests. 4) Utilizing a personnel or HR system.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
