About the Position: This position is located at the U.S. Army National Guard Readiness Center, G-3, Force Development Division, Resource Management Branch, in Arlington, Virginia. About the Surrounding Area: Situated in Northern Virginia on the south bank of the Potomac River directly across from Washington D.C. Arlington is headquarters to many departments and agencies of the federal government, including the Department of Defense and is the location of many national memorials and museums.

Duties

Identify, program, and monitor the manpower, fiscal resourcing, and logistics of the New Equipment Training/Displaced Equipment Training requirements. Maintain continual dialogue concerning program plans, resources, and procedures as the program interface within the National Guard Bureau and the Army National Guard states and territories. Prepare, coordinate and disseminate all related program guidance.
