You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the COLLEGE OF SUSTAINMENT AND PRODUCT (CSPS) located in the SUSTAINMENT GROUP (V4) of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Duties
You will collect, refine and achieve high quality training within the budget guidelines to achieve a positive return on investment (i.e., brief, course classroom or computer based training, etc.).
You will ensure college metrics and course evaluation data reflect the goals of the college.
You will ensure adult learning principles are incorporated into training and knowledge increases are demonstrated in the metrics collected.
You will collaborate with other competencies to reduce redundancy of training activities and achieve a level of standardization, quality and consistency across the Command.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level or pay band (NH-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of 1) Defining, recommending, developing, documenting and implementing College policies, procedures, processes and guidelines to effectively support/train the Sustainment workforce at a national level; 2) Developing, recommending and implementing new initiatives in support of the College and its workforce development goals; 3) Developing and maintaining community partnerships within and outside of the Naval Air Systems Command in support of CSPS, including relationships with academia, industry, other commands and services; 4) Establishing and implementing review process to ensure technical accuracy of all training materials; 5) Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to acquire needed information to develop, deploy and maintain effective training; 6) Ensuring consistency across V4 departments; 7) Ensuring all of V4's areas of technical authority have sufficient training for both internal and external students at various levels of proficiency; 8) Conducting gap analysis and analyze data to identify areas in need of training; 9) Employing tools and methods of data gathering consistent with command initiatives.
