Duties
You will serve as the Scientific and Technical Intelligence Liaison Officer (STILO)
You will be responsible for fulfilling highly specialized intelligence threat support requirements for a diverse array of complex projects and assignments.
You will serve as the Command POC and is an authority for tasking the intelligence community for threat support.
You will provide threat analysis, assessments and evaluations in support of threats for the Command.
You will develop and coordinate specialized intelligence support concepts, plans, and appendices for the Command including intelligence input to program of record acquisition documents as necessary.
You will research, review, edit, plan, prepare, integrate, and present complex all-source intelligence studies, plans, and/or products.
You will serve as the senior advisor and subject-matter expert for the Commander NAVAIR on all matters pertaining to US Intelligence Community produced positions.
You will develop and coordinate specialized intelligence support concepts, plans, and appendices for the Command including intelligence input to program of record acquisition documents as necessary.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band or GS-12/13 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing threat intelligence support for acquisition programs; 2) Analyzing, interpreting and integrating threat requirements into highly specialized and complex plans, activities and operations; 3) Demonstrating knowledge of policies, processes, procedures and regulations governing the intelligence community; 4) Advising leadership and staff on current and future scientific and technical intelligence information.
