About the Position: Serves as Capabilities Development Analyst for 75th Ranger in Fort Moore, GA.
Duties
Lead analysis of capability development projects to ensure alignment with strategic mission requirements
Evaluate current and emerging technologies for integration into operational plans
Coordinate multifunctional teams to enhance project outcomes in mission effectiveness
Foster partnerships with external stakeholders to leverage additional expertise and resources
Develop and maintain detailed documentation to support capability development processes
Manage resources effectively to support program initiatives and optimize outcomes
Create strategic plans and policies that guide the development of new operational capabilities
Evaluate current and emerging technologies for integration into operational plans
Oversee training and professional development programs to build organizational capability
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance.
- In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, employee must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically therafter.
- This position has been designated "Mission Essential". In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 20% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Analyzing capabilities development initiatives to support strategic objectives, Coordinating project planning and execution to enhance mission readiness, developing comprehensive reports and briefings to ensure accurate and effective communication, assisting and formulating policies and procedures that improve operational capabilities.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
