You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the CORPORATE BUSINESS OFFICE DIVISION, CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.
Duties
You will support the metrics, analysis, and data call (Code 1063) and records management, forms, and directives (code 1064) functions within the Corporate Business Office Division.
You will lead the development and consolidation of defined business analytics, reports, and metrics.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Command's directives, policy statements, and forms to include maintaining a central repository.
You will ensure compliance with records management laws, regulations, rules, policies, and procedures.
You will provide advice, guidance, and training to RLC's, management, and staff on the creation, maintenance, and use of records; to include records management lifecycle requirements based on higher level guidance.
You will conduct periodic records management quality control reviews, compliance audits, risk assessments, and surveys.
You will analyze business processes to improve or make use of automated tools, applications, systems, and technology to enhance records management processes or workflows.
You will develop networks, builds alliances, collaborates across boundaries, and works with a wide range of stakeholders.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 pay band (GS-09/10 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying project management principles and processes to consolidate defined business analytics, reports, and metrics to make use of automated tools, applications, systems, or technology to improve records management processes or workflows.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For the NT-04 pay band:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree;
OR
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree;
OR
Successful completion of an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled;
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
