About the Position: Acts as the expert for the Army National Military Cemeteries (ANMC) Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Control Program (RMICP) Manager assisting the Army National Military Cemeteries (ANMC) Director of Business Operations in developing, issuing, and implementing policies, directives, and other guidance related to risk management, management controls and measuring effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
Duties
Use data analytics tools to develop risk informed metrics.
Organize in-depth analyses and review of organization’s management controls and related program requirements.
Develop, deploy, and manage a means of automating the Risk Management and Internal Control Program (RMICP) to enhance transparency, audit readiness, and accountability.
Initiate the development, improvement, and implementation of policy statements and procedures, and coordinates requirements for information throughout Arlington National Military Cemetery (ANMC).
Assess the accuracy and quality of auditor artifacts and manages the delivery of supporting documentation.
Plan and assess the evaluation process to ensure compliance with AR 11-2.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: evaluating risk management programs to ensure program objectives; monitoring management processes to correct deficiencies in planning and the execution of program requirements; and identifying risks to implement effective internal control measures.
