You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Business Department, Command Support Division of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PUGET SOUND.

Duties

You will develop policies, systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations, directives from higher echelons, or best management practices. You will conduct internal audits, analyze results, and brief leadership as necessary. You will serve as liaison for and coordinate responses to Inspectors General, the Government Accounting Office (GAO), Naval Audit Service (NAS) and other external audit agencies. You will conduct and supervise studies to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative and staff functions as well as supply management program areas. You will oversee quality of work-life and employee development programs. You will respond to requests from higher authorities for information regarding FLCPS personnel or products and services. You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Management and Program Analyst specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing quality of work-life and employee programs by interpreting and developing policies, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations, directives, and best management practices by administering command support programs such as telecommunications, printing and copier services, materials and supplies, and transportation services. I also supervise and/or lead employees by planning and scheduling work to be accomplished by employees while carrying out EEO policies. Examples of specialized experience may include the following: 1) Conducts and supervises studies to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative and staff functions; 2) Analyzes workflow and review workload and staffing to determine work overlap, efficiency of operations or methods for continuing production with reduced resources; 3) Presents results of analysis and studies to leadership; 4) Approves cost analyses in support of manpower assessments; 5) Manage and assigns building parking, resolves conflicts over parking and/or transportation resources; 6) Plans, monitors, distributes and organizes work, sets priorities based on capabilities of employees.
