Duties

Monitor and coordinate Army directed training, i.e. Operations Security, SHARP, Information Assurance, Antiterrorism, etc. to ensure all personnel complete directed training required by the Army and DoD. Responsible for developing, analyzing, measuring and recommending ways to improve program performance, effectiveness, efficiency, and timeliness of work operations, and administrative process and programs throughout lateral and higher headquarters Assists CMO Director and management in rolling out office policies, goals, and objectives and provide support for establishment of methods of operation. Provides advice and guidance on the interpretation and application of administrative policies and directives. Ensures mandatory training IAW AR 350-1 is generated or completed under individual profiles.
