About the Position: This position is with the Office of the Program Manager - Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM-SANG). The position is located in Huntsville, AL which is the primary CONUS location, though there is a satellite office in New Cumberland, PA as well. Duties
Monitor and coordinate Army directed training, i.e. Operations Security, SHARP, Information Assurance, Antiterrorism, etc. to ensure all personnel complete directed training required by the Army and DoD.
Responsible for developing, analyzing, measuring and recommending ways to improve program performance, effectiveness, efficiency, and timeliness of work operations, and administrative process and programs throughout lateral and higher headquarters
Assists CMO Director and management in rolling out office policies, goals, and objectives and provide support for establishment of methods of operation.
Provides advice and guidance on the interpretation and application of administrative policies and directives.
Ensures mandatory training IAW AR 350-1 is generated or completed under individual profiles.
Requirements

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- This position may require you to travel (TDY) up to 25% of time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Monitor and coordinate Army directed training, i.e. Operations Security, SHARP, Information Assurance, Antiterrorism, etc. to ensure all personnel complete directed training required by the Army and DoD.; 2) developing, analyzing, measuring and recommending ways to improve program performance, effectiveness, efficiency, and timeliness of work operations, and administrative process and programs throughout lateral and higher headquarters; 3) Assists with development of strategic plans supporting the organization's short, mid, and long-term programs and activities designed to improve its capacity and capability to accomplish existing and future goals, objectives, and expectations as it applies to the OPM SANG mission support.
