About the Position: This position is located in the Army Futures Command Headquarters, CL-CFT Integration Directorate.
Duties
Serves as Capabilities and Integration Analyst for the Contested Logisitics (CL) Cross Functional Team (CFT).
Responsible for the integration and analysis of all CL-C projects to enable the capability development process in support of both Army and Joint Defense operations as well as Combined and Joint All-Domain Command and Control convergence activities.
Oversees the development and delivery of capability integration plans, experimentations, capability analysis/assessments, and sustainment activities for CFT efforts.
Leads all capability integration efforts as well as integrated consideration of operational, system, and technical architecture matters for the CFT?s portfolio and priority efforts.
Provides senior level leadership for analysis and critical thinking efforts to solve problems, enhance performance, and/or increase efficiency and effectiveness of the capability/concepts development processes.
Serves as the sustainment integrator across all AFC CFT efforts.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret/SCI security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- The duties of this position meet the criteria for compliance with Federal and Department of the Army Drug Free Workplace Programs. Detection of the presence of drugs is warranted.
- This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 35% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Applying knowledge of capabilities development sufficient to to identify capability gaps, seams and overlaps, and redundancies within and between architectures and measure against DOTMLPF spectrum of solution considerations; 2) Translating cross functional team goals into resource guidance sufficient to advise on application systems and sustainment integration; 3) Developing new and innovative methods of integration to maximize the contribution of new systems and architectures to operations; and 4) Analyzing current and planned modernization investments to determine if these investments support the direction for implementing the modernization efforts. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).
