About the Position: Serves as a Supervisory Program Analyst within the Strategic Intelligence Kinitic EFF (STRIKE) Operations Directorate of the Program Executive Officer (PEO), Missiles and Space on Redstone Arsenal. This is a pay banded position. The NH-04 encompasses grades 14 and 15 on the General Schedule.

Duties

Performs management and oversight of staffing/coordination of programmatic products across internal and external stakeholders. This includes briefings, information papers, and talking points provided to senior Army and DoD leadership and Congress. Manages external and internal tasks. Ensures tasks are completed on time and answered adequately. Coordinates responses across Project Office leadership. Coordinates with PEO staff to gain clarification of task requirements. Manages and coordinates schedules and events across the Project Office. Assists leadership in ensuring the right personnel are in the right place to support mission requirements. Ensures adequate and appropriate resources are in place and available to support the operations in the Program Office. This includes IT, hardware, and human resources. Ensures processes and procedures are in place to execute operations across the Program Office. Manages a program of continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
  • One year trial/probationary period may be required.
  • You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
  • This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position.
  • Selectees must meet position requirements for certification at the Practitioner level in the Acquisition Career Field Program Management within 60 months of entrance on duty.
  • The duties of this position require submission of, on an annual basis, OGE 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report.
  • Business travel required up to 20% of the time.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • One year supervisory probationary period may be required.
  • This position is a Critical Acquisition Position (CAP) and requires a 3-year tenure agreement. Must sign DD Form 2888 (Critical Acquisition Position Service Agreement) and execute, as a condition of employment, a written tenure agreement.
