As a Management Analyst you will: develop recommendations for program officials and supervisors and strive to have viable recommendations accepted by operating components. Recommendations include development of new or modified work methods, procedural changes, systems variations, and acceptance of new technology developments.
Duties
Tracks division progress with respect to goals.
Facilitates work or program reviews to improve division results.
Recommends solutions on inter-team issues and matters with external factors.
Prepares, for the Fiduciary Hub Manager's review and signature assorted memorandums, letters, and other written communication.
Assists in, or performs, evaluations in the processes of various Systematic Analyses of Operations (SAO) to determine the level of quality and management factors of all program areas.
Utilizes Microsoft software and other applications to prepare documents, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, and other output for Fiduciary Hub Manager.
Coordinates implementation of new or revised procedures.
Reviews all new directives from all sources and advises Fiduciary Hub Manager regarding the impact on division programs and how to implement the new requirement.
Prepares program status reports for review at all levels.
Conducts non-financial internal audits to determine division compliance with policies and regulations, and to evaluate effectiveness of program administration.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience:To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENT: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements.
For a GS-09 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-07 level.
For a GS-11 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-09 level.
The grade may have been in any occupation but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials.
You must submit your most recent appointment, promotion, or within grade increase SF-50 (not an award or general adjustment SF-50). Some applicants may have to submit more than one SF-50 to demonstrate their eligibility.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: You may qualify based on your experience and/or education as described below:
GS-09 Grade Level:
Specialized Experience: To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-07) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience is defined as work that involves (1) Preparing reports, memorandums or letters (2) evaluating and analyzing processes and (3) conducting internal audits to determine compliance with policies and regulations and evaluate program effectiveness
Education Substitution: master's or equivalent graduate degree
or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
or LL.B. or J.D., if related
GS-11 Grade Level:
Specialized Experience: To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-09) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience is defined as work that involves (1) Preparing reports, memorandums or letters (2) evaluating and analyzing processes (3) conducting internal audits to determine compliance with policies and regulations and evaluate program effectiveness (4) coordinating and facilitating initiatives requiring team cooperation.
Education Substitution: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or LL.M., if related
