You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST for the CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.
Duties
You will oversee, verify and submit audit readiness packages, corrective action plans, travel obligations, obligations/expenditures charged to requests for procurement, and reimbursable work orders.
You will review documents for compliance to include credit card information, financial statements, and monthly/annual cost reports.
You will review contracts, process them, and input contract information in the financial systems as needed.
You will complete monthly reconciliations between Navy Enterprise Resources Planning System (N-ERP) and Spend Plan making adjustments as required.
You will utilize knowledge of financial systems (SABRS, STARS, ARC, N-ERP) to validate reported costs for ledger and other accounts.
You will create and update Plan Action and Milestones (POAM), document internal controls and assessable units, maintain memorandums, track and monitor metrics, as wells as management internal controls plans and processes.
You will provide professional accounting support such as financial transaction records for accounts payable, receipts, disbursements and vouchers.
You will utilize knowledge of methods, procedures, and techniques to identify, record, and process the continuous flow of accurate accounting data.

- This is a Financial Management Level II certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing, monitoring, and evaluating funding requirements for assigned programs by capturing, tracking, performing analysis of funds; 2) Creating, documenting, and updating internal financial controls plans, processes, and metrics; 3) Preparing and maintaining a variety of subsidiary accounts requiring analysis, adjustments and corrections to ensure proper documentation of all accounts; and 4) Utilizing DoD financial systems to extract data, review obligations/expenditures and create reports and recommendations regarding the status of various programs.
