You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PLANNER AND ESTIMATOR in the COMMANDING OFFICER, MRO PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT, and PRODUCTION LINES DIVISION of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. The duty location of this position is Naval Air Station, San Diego, California.

Duties

You will develop, implement and coordinate rework requirements while evaluating and controlling the extent of the rework. You will coordinate the work of several aircraft trades in readying aircraft for flight inspection. You will analyze malfunctions and determine if adjustment, repair or replacement is required. You will monitor and ensure compliance of subordinate staff certification and license requirements. You will prepare required reports, initiates correspondence and prepares replies regarding program functions. You will demonstrate proper trade techniques and practices and explain safety precautions.
