Qualifications

WE WILL NOT MAKE ASSUMPTIONS REGARDING YOUR EXPERIENCE.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: One year of specialized experience at the NQ-02 or GS-12 level or equivalent which demonstrates leading or managing facility operations to include facility construction, repair, and maintenance, fire prevention, space management, and contractor oversight. Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: Facility Operations Services Series 1640 (opm.gov) Time-In-Grade/Band: Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade/pay band requirements to be eligible for consideration. Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade/band any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade/pay band requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. For an NQ-03 position you must have served 52 weeks as a NQ-02/GS-12 or equivalent. The grade /pay band may have been in any occupation and must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade/pay band eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide additional SF-50s that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade/pay band. We will not make assumptions that this requirement has been met.
