You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - FACILITY MANAGEMENT DIVISION DIRECTOR (FMD) in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH.
Duties
You will assign tasks and priorities for employees to accomplish a facility department's business goals.
You will develop long-term facility requirements plans, site planning, and project development (special projects, construction, demolition.
You will coordinate personnel or equipment resources to achieve facility project goals.
You will partner with project managers to design sustainment projects for existing facilities.
You will evaluate possible approaches and solutions to unusual maintenance and repair problems using technical judgment, experience, and exploration of available resources.
You will be responsible for the official real property inventory; executing space utilization and maintenance programs to manage and maintain facilities, land and other resources within the installation.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing engineering proposals, drawings, specifications, etc. used in the design, construction, alteration and/or repair of facilities; 2) Developing long term facility requirements plans, site planning and project development (special projects, construction, demolition), space utilization and maintenance programs to mange and maintain facilities, land and other resources within the installation; 3) Managing project execution as well as leadership and oversight; 4) Analyzing and validating all work requirements, supervising, leadership and human capital resource planning; 5) Overseeing the work management processes of receiving, inducting, reviewing, planning, assigning, and executing supported command work requirements for facilities programs; and 6) Formulating budget requirements, taking into account future plans, managing payroll, training and other human capital supervisory requirements.
