You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resource Specialist (MIL) in the Manpower Management Division, Manpower Management Performance Branch of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will provide expert advice and counsel on performance evaluation appeals.
You will provide briefings, point papers, and other informational material to all level of HQMC and the Department of the Navy, DoD, on issues relating to these areas.
You will evaluate all appeals for performance evaluation review.
You will develop, initiate, and provide leadership for decision-making on a wide variety of issues, using data resident in various Marine Corps historical records.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing military personnel programs, operations, or functions, covering official correspondence for the Board for Correction of Naval Records and Congressional Liaison Offices; 2) Preparing the DD Form 214 for discharge upgrades, approved by the Naval Discharge Review Board and using an automated digital database for board proceedings; 3) Applying military personnel rules, regulations to military separations and retirement or performance evaluation systems; and 4) Providing technical advice and guidance and assigning work.
