You will serve as a PROGRAM SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the REGION LEGAL SERVICE OFC MID-ATLANTIC.
Duties
You will provide assistance in budget planning and in monitoring financial projections, obligations and expenditures for assigned program.
You will prepare status reports, charts, presentations and briefings, as required, to inform management of the actual status of program/ activities and progress toward accomplished of objectives.
You will provide oversight for the quarterly manager program review and it responsible for coordinating the input from program managers into a quarterly presentation and update to the executive officer.
You will obtain and maintain access to system /software necessary to complete CPPA duties and perform Navy pay, personnel, and travel transactions at the appropriate level per policies, procedures, and system capabilities.
You will serve as the critical link between the military member, the command, and the supporting personnel support organization.
You will be responsible for facilitating the consumable supply inventory and supply procurement process for the Administrative Officers and staff.
You will perform postal duties as required by the regional mail center.
You will assist the Administrative Officer and Administrative Department Head in providing administrative support and services to command personnel.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
1.) Preparing annual operating budget estimates and required justifications by compiling data from historical records and records management;
2.) Providing templates for military personnel awards packages, fitness report and evaluation information, civilian awards and recognition packages;
3.) Reviewing of Information Security Rules and Regulations and various styles of writing/grammatical construction to rewrite information and maintain its technical accuracy and internal consistency.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled.
