You will serve as a CORPORATE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR in the Corporate Operations Department Code C1100, Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.
Duties
You will provide leadership, expertise, direction and oversight of the command's Information Technology (IT) hardware, Information Assurance, Enterprise Resource Planning Program software (ERP) and command facility and transportation requirements.
You will provide expertise, direction, oversight and guidance for all command administrative, civilian and military personnel support functions within MARMC.
You will direct, coordinate and oversee the work of the department.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience directing, coordinating and overseeing the work of the department through two levels of subordinate supervisors and monitor, evaluate and analyze the progress of the department in attaining program goals.
Experience managing, through subordinate divisions and branches, the overall planning, coordination, direction, implementation and timely execution of direct support services to the command in multiple complex programs and areas.
Experience providing direct and indirect supervision to a total workforce of over 175 civilian, military, and contractor personnel and perform administrative supervisory functions.
Experience providing leadership, direction, guidance, advice and coordination in the development of department goals and objectives consistent with command policy.
Experience formulating and administering command wide policies regarding customer personnel services which support military, civilian and contract employees.
Experience planning, organizing, conducting and/or directing the accomplishment of special analytical studies and reports for the command and the various department key programs.
Experience serving as a senior member of the command's Executive Leadership Committee, Finance Review Board (FRB), and Position Management Board (PMB).
