The Office of Inspector General is an independent office within the EPA that helps the agency protect the environment in a more efficient & cost effective manner. We perform audits, evaluations, & investigations of the EPA to promote economy, efficiency, and to prevent and detect fraud, waste and abuse. We strive to provide solutions to problems that ultimately result in making America a cleaner and healthier place.
Duties
This position offers the opportunity to work in a maximum telework capacity as authorized by the agency.

Qualifications
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Oversees the full lifecycle of property management to include alignment, tracking, surplus, and disposal.
2) Reviews and prioritizes facility requests for validity, necessity, conformance, and prioritizes requirements.
3) Provides in-depth analysis to advise and implement strategies that maximize space utilization and space changes impacting multiple locations and personnel.
4) Procure and contract building and maintenance supplies, equipment, or furniture.
