About the Position: This position is located at the U.S. Army National Guard Readiness Center, G-8, in Arlington, Virginia. About the Surrounding Area: Situated in Northern Virginia on the south bank of the Potomac River directly across from Washington D.C. Arlington is headquarters to many departments and agencies of the federal government, including the Department of Defense and is the location of many national memorials and museums.

Duties

Manage and operate all aspects of the mission critical facilities within Temple Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC). Direct oversight and control over three technical divisions, Facility Operations, Business Operations, and Emergency Management. Oversee the design, development, and execution of comprehensive programs and plans for support services for the installation. Provide advice, counsel, and/or instruction on technical work and administrative matters.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).
