You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM COORDINATOR in theNAVAL SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY.
This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
Duties
You will develop a process for identifying, collating, recording, prioritizing, assessing, and potentially satisfying requirements from mission partners.
You will work closely with program executive leadership in the development and maintenance of long-term strategic planning efforts.
You will directly supervise a civilian and military staff that serves as an interface and liaison to Combatant Commands and Military Service.
You will maintain relationships with key stakeholders in support of activities of mutual benefit.
Requirements

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
Serving as a senior authority and expert consultant on all issues associated with requirements and capability integration;
Working assignments involving problem definition, planning, and coordination with numerous internal and external organizations;
Directly and indirectly supervising division employees;
Conducting daily liaison with representatives across the US Government as required for the purpose of planning and de-conflicting military compartmented activities;
Assisting in the formulation and implementation of engagement strategies.
