You will serve as a PROGRAM COORDINATOR of NAVAL SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY.
Duties
You will propose, develop, implement operational activities based on formal requirements, organizational policy, legal guidance, and established authorities.
You will coordinate group efforts and consolidate results into integrated reports or proposals, evaluation reports, proposed changes, and recommended courses of action.
You will apply project management techniques that enable the development Plan of Action and Milestones and financial plans.
You will participate in high-ranking meetings as an authoritative representative for the program office.
You will create a wide range of substantive oral and written presentations and reports.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing and leading partnerships with industry, DoD, and the Intelligence Community; 2) Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; 3) Developing, implementing, managing and subsequent evaluation of projects, including responsibility for cost, performance and schedule, in response to DoD, Combatant Command or Joint requirements; 4) Conducting formal and informal coordination across staff elements; and 5) Conveying complex ideas in written and oral forms through means such as briefings or memorandum.
